Because The Woods fills up so quickly, each year we set a date for the beginning of registration. We will send out a notice to the mailing list to announce this year’s staff and a date for the start of registration. If you want to make sure you are notified, please use the mailing list signup to the right (or if you’re on a mobile device, scroll down).
Once registration has been opened, you can register by completing the online registration form and submitting a deposit via PayPal, or by cheque. A non-refundable deposit reserves your place; the balance is due in mid-July. If we do not receive your balance by that date, we will give your spot to someone on the waiting list.

Refunds (less the non-refundable deposit) will be given for cancellations up to two weeks before the beginning of The Woods. We cannot refund registration fees for cancellations less than two weeks before The Woods.
Scholarships and alternative payment plans are available. (If you don’t need a scholarship please consider making a contribution to help others).
